Who we are

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us:

• When you submit an enquiry form

  Your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your background, the course you are interested in, or your company.

• When you apply for placement assistance

  The above, plus your qualification, branch, experience, current location, and any CV you attach. Your CV is emailed to our placement team and is not stored on this website.

• When you download a resource

  Your name, email address, and phone number, so we can send you the file and follow up.

• Automatically, when you use the site

  The page you submitted a form from, the country and city your connection appears to come from, and, if you arrived from one of our social posts or campaigns, which one.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to send you the material you asked for, to arrange consultations and admissions, to connect students with hiring partners, and to understand which courses people are interested in so we can plan batches.

We may contact you about delta T courses, batches, and events. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by writing to info@deltattechnicalacademy.com.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

If you apply for a job posted on our placements page or ask for placement assistance, we share your details and CV with the relevant hiring company. That is the point of applying, and we only do it for roles you have applied for or opportunities that match what you asked us for.

We use a small number of service providers to run this website: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and file storage), and Resend (sending email). They process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

Our visitor analytics are provided by Vercel and are cookie-free: they count page views without identifying individuals or following you around the web.

We store two things in your browser. If you sign in to a student or staff account, a session cookie keeps you signed in. If you download a resource, your name, email, and phone are kept on your own device so you do not have to retype them next time. You can clear both at any time through your browser settings, or by using the “Not you?” link on the resources page.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as they are useful for admissions and placement, and reviewed periodically. Student records are kept for as long as you are enrolled and afterwards where we need them for certification and placement support. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, except where we are required to keep records.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Write to info@deltattechnicalacademy.com and we will respond as quickly as we can.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you may raise it with the relevant data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
