Both. For teams in Bangalore, we can send trainers to your office or host you at our centre in Jayanagar. For teams outside Bangalore, we travel to your city for on-site programs, or deliver fully online. We've trained teams across Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, and the Gulf.

Yes — and this is where we're genuinely different. If you work on hospitals, we train your team on hospital-grade HVAC requirements. If your firm runs data centre projects, we cover precision cooling and N+1 redundancy. Generic training teaches tools. We teach tools applied to the work your team actually does.

Anything from a 2-day intensive workshop to a 3-month structured course, depending on what your team needs. We scope this after an initial conversation — there's no standard package that fits everyone, and we don't pretend there is.

Every participant receives a Delta T Technical Academy certificate, recognised by MEP employers across India and the Middle East. We also provide your L&D team with attendance records and individual assessment scores if needed for internal compliance.
