Questions from placement coordinators

Straight answers — no marketing speak.

It starts with a call or email. We understand your department's placement gaps, the semester calendar, and what skills your students are lacking. From there we propose a program — duration, curriculum, delivery format, fees. Most partnerships are confirmed within 2–3 weeks of the first conversation.

Both options are available. On-campus delivery is more common — we send trainers to your college, which is easier for large student groups. For colleges in or near Bangalore, students can also attend sessions at our Jayanagar centre. For outstation colleges, we travel.

Students receive a Delta T Technical Academy certificate, which is what hiring companies actually recognise. The college can co-brand the certificate if the institution prefers that — we're flexible. The important thing is that students have documentation of industry-relevant training, not just academic credit.

Mechanical and Civil engineering students gain the most — HVAC, MEP design, and BIM map directly to job descriptions in MEP consultancies and construction companies. Electrical students benefit from our Electrical Design and AutoCAD programs. We've also run cross-branch BIM workshops successfully.

Yes. Campus training students are eligible for our placement assistance — resume review, mock interviews, and referrals to our 50+ hiring partner network. A student who completes a 10-day HVAC boot camp with us has a credible skill to show. That's usually enough to get a first interview.
