Training Programs

Campus Training

We partner with engineering colleges to give final-year students an MEP or BIM skill recruiters actually ask for, taught on your campus.

Programs

Formats that fit inside a semester.

These are the programs colleges ask for most often. Length and scope are set with you, so each one is adjusted to fit your semester calendar.

Outcomes

What it changes for your placement numbers.

A credible skill to show recruiters

A student who finishes one of these programs has something concrete to put in front of an interviewer. That is usually the difference between a first interview and a rejected CV.

Mapped to real job descriptions

Mechanical and Civil students gain the most, because HVAC, MEP design, and BIM map directly to what MEP consultancies and construction firms hire for. Electrical students take the Electrical Design and AutoCAD tracks.

Placement support carries over

Campus students are eligible for the same resume review, mock interviews, and referrals into our 50+ hiring partner network that our regular students receive.

The partnership

From first call to certificates

01

A call about your placement gaps

What roles are your students missing out on, what does the semester calendar allow, and which skills are recruiters asking for that the syllabus does not cover.

02

A proposed program

Duration, curriculum, delivery format, and fees, all built around that conversation rather than pulled off a shelf.

03

Delivery on campus

Our trainers travel to your college, which is simpler for large groups. Colleges in or near Bengaluru can also send students to our Jayanagar centre.

04

Certification and placement access

Students receive a delta T certificate, co-branded with the college if you prefer, plus access to our placement support and hiring partner network.

FAQ

Questions from placement officers

Straight answers, no marketing speak.

It starts with a call or email. We understand your department's placement gaps, the semester calendar, and what skills your students are lacking. From there we propose a program covering duration, curriculum, delivery format, and fees.

Both options are available. On-campus delivery is more common: we send trainers to your college, which is easier for large student groups. For colleges in or near Bengaluru, students can also attend sessions at our Jayanagar centre. For outstation colleges, we travel.

Students receive a delta T Technical Academy certificate, which is what hiring companies actually recognise. The college can co-brand the certificate if the institution prefers that; we're flexible. The important thing is that students have documentation of industry-relevant training, not just academic credit.

Mechanical and Civil engineering students gain the most, since HVAC, MEP design, and BIM map directly to job descriptions in MEP consultancies and construction companies. Electrical students benefit from our Electrical Design and AutoCAD programs. We've also run cross-branch BIM workshops successfully.

Yes. Campus training students are eligible for our placement assistance: resume review, mock interviews, and referrals to our 50+ hiring partner network. A student who completes one of our programs has a credible skill to show. That's usually enough to get a first interview.
